This waiver applies to participation in any of the following at the Brockville Racquet Club ("BRC") as a non-member:

Open Play
Private Lessons
Clinics
Events

Liability Waiver & Release

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in racquet sports and related activities at the BRC involves physical exertion and carries an inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2. Release of Liability

I release, waive, and discharge the Brockville Racquet Club, its board, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss I may sustain while participating in activities at the facility.

3. Medical Consent

I authorize BRC staff to obtain emergency medical care for me in the event of an injury or illness and agree to be financially responsible for such care.

4. Acknowledgement of Rules

I agree to follow all posted and verbal rules of the BRC and understand that failure to do so may result in termination of facility access without refund.

Photo/Video Release (Optional)
